• Windows & window grilles
• Interiors of wardrobes, cabinets, and appliances
• Degreasing kitchen hoods, hobs, and exhaust systems
Typically, a team of 1-4 purpose-trained service crew will perform 4-6 hours of cleaning depending on the size of the property. We will also bring along our special-to-type equipment and cleaning materials.
We typically assign:
• 1-2 crew members for studios/1-2 bedroom units
• 2-3 cleaners for 3-4 bedroom homes
The exact number is determined during booking based on your home size and number of bedrooms. You may view the details under your schedule in your account after booking.
The duration depends on property size and condition. You may view the allotted duration before booking by clicking on “Click to view item detail” on the “Finalize Booking” page, before checking out. Our confirmation email also includes the cleaning duration. Note: Our team will reach out to you for photos after booking for an additional layer of assessment. Extremely soiled areas or post-renovation cleaning may require additional time.

No. We bring premium, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, and professional equipment including ladders and vacuum cleaners for our Deep Cleaning service packages. Our products are non-toxic and safe for children/pets (excluding toilet cleaner).
Disinfection is not included in the deep cleaning service. You may choose to include a preventive disinfection service as an add-on service to your deep cleaning service during your booking process, on the “Finalize Booking” page.
Curtain cleaning is not included in the deep cleaning service. We offer dry cleaning and steam cleaning options for your curtains. Please reach out to us at sales@whissh.com.sg for more information.
You are not required to be at home for the entire cleaning session.
You only need to:
1. Brief our team at the start.
2. Return 1-1.5 hours before completion to inspect and request touch ups.
To prevent such experiences, we strongly recommend all clients to return to the property 1-1.5 hours before the end of the deep cleaning session. You can then check, provide feedback, and highlight to our professional crew any areas that require a touch up. Our service crew will be happy to assist within the scheduled timeslot.
