You can inform our delivery representative, at the point of collection, of any specific stains that you would like us to remove. Our dedicated laundry team will examine the stain and apply the most suitable laundry method to remove the stains thoroughly.
Our team of expereinced laundry professionals will attempt to remove stains in accordance with professional practices but not all clothes and laundry stains can be removed despite our best efforts. There is no guarantee to restore it back to its original condition.
Our friendly delivery representative will deliver your freshly laundered clothes within 5 – 7 days of your order collection. For urgent requests, we offer express laundry options with additional fees.
