Weekly Cleaning

Our service crews are either Singaporeans, Singapore PRs, or work permit holders. They are all legally employed and experienced. While we prioritise expertise matching, we maintain a strict non-discrimination policy.

Face-to-face interviews are conducted for all service crew. They are free from criminal records and are medically screened. Thereafter, they will undergo customer service training and on-the-job training.

Yes, we have service crew who can do basic ironing. Laundry would be done using the washing machine and dryer. The service crew will not be able to hand wash the laundry. Do highlight to us if you require a crew who can perform ironing and laundry.

Yes, you are required to provide the cleaning equipment and solutions.

Suggested List of Cleaning Equipment and Solutions:
Cleaning Tools & Equipment – Brooms, Mop, Glass/ window wiper, Pole (for difficult to reach area), Toilet bowl scrub, Toilet floor scrub, Pails, Mop Pail, Cloths (for general cleaning), Microfibre cloths (for mirrors/ glass), Vacuum cleaner & Ladder.

Cleaning Solutions – General cleaning solution – spray, General cleaning solution – CIF Cream, Glass/ window cleaner spray, Floor cleaner, Toilet bowl cleaner, Degreasing solution – for kitchen degreasing usage & Stain removal spray (containing bleach elements)

You may purchase our ECO-friendly product bundle at $150. The product bundle includes multi-purpose cleaners, floor cleaners, glass cleaner, degreasers, and complimentary 3M cloths. This bundle would be sufficient for around 3 months for a 1200sqft apartment.

Please contact us in the rare event that our crew does not meet your expectations. Our Operations Team will take note of your feedback and requirements, and monitor the crew’s service standards. A replacement crew will be assigned if needed.

For weekly cleaning clients, notify us at least 48 working hours (excludes weekends and public holidays) in advance and we’ll glady adjust your schedule with no penalty.
