By popular demand and your invaluable feedback, Whissh is excited to announce that we have expanded our aircon offerings.

Instead of the elaborate chemical overhaul where we dismantle the unit, for customers looking for a simple fix, we now have the option of a more simplified chemical wash for your aircon units. It is attractively priced at $90 per unit.

For a typical 3-room Condo/EC/5 room flat, with 3 (Bedrooms) +1 (Sitting room), it should cost you not more than $440 for a simple normal servicing and Chemical Wash.

Our aircon services come with workmanship warranty of up to 90 days, depending on the service performed.

 

Whissh has successfully attained the Class 1 Cleaning Business License.

Apart from ensuring that you are engaging a legal service provider, it also shows your support for our company’s commitment to improving service quality with our hardworking crews. For your information, all our crews are trained by licensed training providers and are deployed only after they have attained a minimum level of training and competency. We will continue to do so.
 
In addition, it shows your support for fair wage and equitable compensation to all. Whissh complies strictly with the comprehensive progressive wage plan based on the recommendations of the Tripartite Cluster for Cleaners (TCC) that conforms to the wage levels and bonuses specified by the Commissioner for Labour. This is an essential criteria for the attainment of Class 1 License.
 
We have also maintained a reasonable and clean workplace safety record with valid bizSAFE Level 3 certification throughout the license duration. 
 
Finally, it is proof that you are working with a reputable service provider in Whissh. Whissh has maintained a clean track record that is rid of court convictions in the last 2 years under the following legislations: (1) Environmental Public Health Act 1987, (2) Employment Act 1968, (3) Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990, (4) Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006, (6) Central Provident Fund Act 1953, and also no outstanding orders made by the Employment Claims Tribunal under Section 22 of the Employment Claims Act 2016.

Whissh is aware that our customers value eco-friendly products and services. Our cleaning solutions are EU Ecolabel certified, which means that our products have a lower environmental impact than comparable products. This certification is only awarded to products meeting high environmental standards throughout their life-cycle.

 

To be EU Ecolabel certified, these cleaning solutions must respect minimum thresholds for Critical Dilution Volumes, be composed of biodegradable surfactants, and comply with strict restrictions on the number of hazardous substances present. These cleaning solutions have also been subjected to testing to evaluate efficacy and cleaning power in comparison to conventional corresponding solutions.

 

This label is awarded only after assessment by independent experts, ensuring that the best decisions for the environment are made at every point of the product’s life cycle, while delivering high-performance products which are value for money.

 

We are also working on attaining carbon footprint certifications based on the ISO 14067 Norms to provide further assurance for our customers.
