Public Advisory on Unverified Job Offers Using Similar Company Names

We have recently received calls and messages from members of the public seeking to verify job advertisements or WhatsApp messages that reference company names similar to ours. The details shown to us indicate that the job offers may be questionable.

We wish to clarify the following:

  1. These Job Postings Do Not Originate from Our Company

Based on what members of the public have shown us, the job offers reference a different entity with a similar name. As the entity does not appear to have an online presence, individuals searching the company name are directed to us instead.

We are not involved in any hotel promotion rates, high-commission schemes, or recruitment arrangements of this nature.

  1. We Do Not Have Sufficient Information on the Scam Mechanics

Most callers reach out to us very early in their verification process.

They typically share only snippets of the job posting, which commonly include:

    1. Unusually high salaries relative to the job scope
    2. Commission structures without explanation
    3. Additional allowances (e.g. travel expenses, annual leave) that appear disproportionate
    4. Vague references to “hotel promotion” or other unclear roles

As the details remain incomplete, we cannot confirm the exact nature of the activity. However, the patterns observed are consistent with job offers that should be treated with caution.

  1. Our Recruitment Practices

All legitimate postings will appear only on our official website and verified platforms.

  1. Recommended Actions for Public Safety

If you receive a job message or advertisement that appears suspicious:

    1. Do not make any payments or transfer deposits
    2. Do not disclose personal data, especially NRIC numbers, bank details, or home address
    3. Verify the legitimacy through official websites and contact channels
    4. Report unverified offers to ScamShield, the Singapore Police Force Anti-Scam Centre, or the platform where the posting appears
    5. If you reached our site while trying to verify another company with a similar name, please refer to their official registration details directly with ACRA or the platform you saw the posting on

  1. Our Commitment

We are issuing this advisory to protect the public and reduce confusion caused by similar company names. Although these job postings do not originate from us, we want to ensure individuals have clear guidance on how to safeguard themselves when approached with unusual or overly attractive offers.

For any queries on whether a communication genuinely comes from us, please contact us through the official channels listed on our website.
