Whissh – Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) – Safety Precautions)

Dear Esteemed Clients,

We hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe and staying healthy. 

Since the commencement of Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), Whissh team has stepped up measures to combat the virus and maintain a strict regime to ensure that we continue to deliver quality and safe services to our esteemed clients. 

Your safety is our priority.

This note serves to inform some additional measures that we have undertaken so far as they may have an impact on our service delivery.  And, we will continue to adapt the measures to keep pace with evolving situations. 

Precautionary Measures

1. Daily Temperature Taking: All service crew will report their temperature at the start of the job.  We will immediately suspend our services should the crew be found unwell. 
2. Safe distancing:  All our service crew will work from HOME.  There will be no cross-mingling of crews in the office or any central locations such as for training. 
3. Cohort Arrangements: All service crew work will remain within their assigned team.  No team will meet nor mingle.  By implications, we have to seek our clients’ understanding that larger projects will have to be broken down and accomplished across a few days. 
4. Weekly Swab Test Insulate:  Service crew working at high-risk locations (Covid-19 infected sites) and all site supervisors will undergo weekly swab test
5. Vaccination: Majority of our service crew will be vaccinated by June 2021
